Words of Hope

God spoke to me on Sunday about Hope. It is the week of hope in the advent season. He said, "watch and listen" and you will hear about hope from Me.

I haven't gone looking for hope, but it is finding me.

I got an email of encouragement today from my friend and lymphoma survivor, Michael, about having the "endurance of hope" (in Christ Jesus. 1 Thess. 1:3).

And tonight, M3 came home with a prize from choir. It was a ring. She said, "I tried to find one that said 'faith' but this was all they had." It says "hope".

If you have any "words of hope" I would love to hear them.

I'm glad that you're finding hope coming to you.

That is so cool about that ring M3 brought home!

Molly,

Psalm 130:5 says "I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in his word I put my hope." So here are a few verses to bring you some hope.

Phil 4:13 "I can do everything through him who gives me strength."

John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Zeph 3:17 "The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."

I pray the Lord will continue to bring hope to you.

Loving you,

Marie W

When the world says give up, Hope whispers Try it One More Time.

And I must say, Phil 4:13 is my all time favorite verse!

You are enduring a battle that is testing you in all areas, to all limits, but continue to affirm in His name that you WILL overcome this enormous challenge and be restored to perfect health.
"Now faith is being sure of what we HOPE for and certain of what we do not see." Hebrews 11:1
